The Brief
This couple, both artists, created a joint show in a gallery on the theme of the seven days of creation as told in the Bible. They commissioned me to create an artbook to accompany the show which could also be sold at later shows and used to promote their work to galleries

The Solution
my solution is a dark, brooding publication, making full use of the lavish, glossy full colour printing to enhance the dramatic impact of the ceramic pieces and paintings in the exhibition. A minimal, coded numbering system for each piece furthers the sense of mute intrigue in the works. Photographs of Anthony's ceramics ceramics in front of Kate's paintings creates the effect of moons orbiting giant planets, resulting in an absorbing and atmospheric design.
